Join our team!

We are gathering an entrepreneurial and passionate team dedicated to disrupting care management for stigmatized illnesses. Want to be a part of it?

Nothing great was built in one night and by a single person. We are innovators, and we make our own ways where none exists. We embrace uncertainty as a pandora of opportunities and always plan for things we can control. We don’t shy away from dreaming big and work daily to make it a reality.

When we are not dreaming and working together, we hang out! We celebrate each and every victory. We believe in working hard and partying harder. Above all, we believe in learning something new every single day: whether it is through mistakes or whether it is through diligent reading.

Still not sure, here are answers to some of your burning questions

Not much different than playing any team sport. We learn from one another and support each other when someone is lagging behind. We play to win yet understand that it is not only about winning. We just enjoy everyday as a good gameday.

All of us are unique, and every one of us has our own work rhythm or style. That’s why for most roles we follow flextime instead of standard office hours. Any time is a good time as long as it works for everyone within the team and for our patients.

Startups are notorious for having a work-life imbalance which usually stems from improper planning and communication. We sincerely believe in work-life balance and respect personal spaces and time-offs.

Most of our operations are flex-office-based operations. The location and nature of the task will be highlighted in the postings.

Benefits and remuneration

We care for all of our team members and try to make our remuneration and support services as fair and as competitive as possible. The work benefits are generally the same for all team members while monetary remuneration may vary depending upon the nature of a given role.
